OBCA Election 2024 – Oakman Blvd Community Association

All board positions (except President) are open for election.

Vice President: preside over Association and Executive Committee meetings and exercise other duties and functions as necessary during a temporary absence of the president; President-elect, will succeed President after 2 years;
Recording Secretary: be responsible for recording and keeping the minutes of all Association and Executive Committee meetings;
Corresponding Secretary: maintain files and archives on all correspondence and report to the Association and Executive Committee on correspondence as required;
Financial Secretary: Record all incoming funds and report collections to the Treasurer, monthly.
Treasurer: serve as the chief fiscal officer of the Association; receive and deposit, in the name of the Association, all funds received by the Association;
Parliamentarian: interpret ROBERT’S RULES OF ORDER and provide direction in procedure of conduct of the Association and Executive Committee’s meetings
Chaplain: provide spiritual inspiration and services for the Association

OBCA 2023 Members eligible to run for positions:
